Accessibility
PioneerTech is committed to providing a website experience that is usable by the widest practical range of visitors and technologies.
Our accessibility commitment
Pioneer Technologies, Inc. is committed to making PioneerTech.com accessible and usable for people with disabilities. The website is designed with recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 principles, as design and testing references.
Accessibility is treated as part of the website design and development process rather than as a separate add-on.
Accessibility features built into the site
- Responsive layouts designed for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Semantic page structure and logical heading hierarchy.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus states.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and graphics.
- Readable type sizes and color-contrast-conscious design.
- Forms with programmatically associated labels and clear instructions.
- Touch-friendly controls and navigation that does not require hover.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences where animation or transitions are used.
- Content that is not intended to rely on color alone to communicate meaning.
Documents and downloadable content
PioneerTech works to make downloadable documents, including the future PioneerTech Capability Statement, as accessible as practical. If you have difficulty accessing a PDF or other downloadable item, contact us and we will work to provide the information in an alternate format.
Third-party content
Some pages may link to Government websites, contract-vehicle resources, recruiting services, or other third-party content. PioneerTech does not control the accessibility of external websites, but we welcome feedback when an external dependency creates a barrier to using PioneerTech.com.
Ongoing review
Accessibility testing is included in our pre-launch and maintenance process, including review of keyboard navigation, focus behavior, heading structure, contrast, alternative text, forms, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion behavior. As the website changes, we will continue to address accessibility issues identified through testing or user feedback.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content or third-party functionality may not provide an ideal experience for every assistive technology or user configuration. We welcome specific feedback so we can investigate and improve the experience.
